Eligibility: Any Falls Golf Club customer who is
signed up for email offers and the birthday club is eligible. You must sign-up online prior to your birthday.
How to sign up: You sign up online through the fallsgolf.com website to receive the birthday email offer.
Notification: Customers will receive an email with an internet coupon that must be brought in to qualify. Complete
the form below and you will receive email confirmation. Once you confirm you are enrolled.
Redemption: Players must bring email coupon and provide valid ID.
Restrictions: Birthday rounds are not redeemable for cash and may not be used with rain checks, other offers, leagues or tournament
play. Only one birthday round may be redeemed per foursome. Only one birthday round may be used per person per year.
TFGC reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time or to terminate a player's rights if there is misuse
of the offer.
